This episode seemed a little slower compared to the first two. Maybe that's because it's more of a transitional episode, where not much is going on? Or maybe it's just because the first two episodes made such an powerful impression.

— So, everyone's upset that Oz has had three murders in two weeks? Things sound a little slow to me!

— I love how Said gets all disgusted while he watches Keane jerk off during his phone call with his wife. Hey, Said, you know you could've just turned around and left the room, right? (Maybe you were secretly enjoying the show, hmmm?)

— GROVES!!! And Rebadow! These two are comedy gold together!

— Seriously, I’m thinking Groves is the best part of this first season. Even when he's just in the background, not saying or doing anything, he has such a strong presence.

— Wow, McManus is remarkably perceptive here in figuring out that someone is after Keane, and that's why he wants to be put in the hole.

— Billie Keane was placed in Cell Block 3, “the fag unit”? I do not remember a unit like that. Was it ever mentioned again?

— Aww, Toby's making some new friends! Of course, as we will come to find out, "friendship" when it comes to Ryan or Sister Pete is a very loose/generous term.

— Nice desk chair. Hope that brand has healed.

— WOW vs. MOM. I am DEAD. I suddenly want any and all kinds of Rebadow/Groves fic.

— Oh, Toby. Disputing Vern’s claims that Jesus was white? What are you thinking? Just fly under the radar!

— I love how Vern has visual proof. LOL

— Vern’s reaction to Beecher after he gets high is great. Is that anger, confusion... or perhaps a look of concern? Maybe he's starting to realize that Toby is not going to be your run-of-the-mill prag.

— BRICKS! Oh no, wait, he’s still just Kenny right now.

— Oh look, Said dispenses horrible advice, convincing Keane to seek forgiveness from his enemies, thereby setting him up for total disaster. This will be become a recurring theme, amiright, Toby?

— Ruh-roh! Two more murders, just like that!

— Devlin! My second-favorite love-to-hate character! (Claire being first, of course.)

— Yo! Buffalo Bills shout-out!

— YIKES! NOoOOoo.

— OMG, that WINK.

Hmm, it's funny, I don't think Hill appeared in this episode other than to do his Greek chorus bits. I wonder why.

In Conclusion:
Episode Rating: 7/10 (the Groves scenes alone were worth a 5)
Lee Rating: 10/10 (love me some stoned!Beecher)
Lee's Hair Rating: 6/10 (Is it starting to get longer yet? No? Wishful thinking?)
